The Skills Builder Partnership is a UK-based international organisation that brings together employers, education institutions, governments, and social impact organisations to ensure that everyone develops the essential skills needed to succeed in the classroom, in the workplace, and throughout life.
Through a shared language, evidence-based tools, and internationally recognised frameworks, the Partnership supports organisations to systematically develop, assess, and embed essential skills across schools, colleges, universities, workplaces, and communities.
Globally, the Partnership now spans 52 countries, with over 1,100 partner organisations and more than 2.4 million individuals reached. In Nigeria, Concinnity serves as Lead Country Partner, bringing this movement to schools, tertiary institutions, employers, and impact organisations across the country.

Concinnity serves as Skills Builder Partnership's Lead Country Partner for Nigeria. Essential skills programmes across the country are delivered in partnership with Concinnity, bringing the Universal Framework into classrooms, workplaces and communities nationwide.
This role reflects Concinnity's broader practice as a consultancy dedicated to addressing our clients' critical issues and challenges across organisational effectiveness and transformation, human capital and talent, enterprise growth, digital and technology, and research and analytics.
Drawing on deep experience across the private, public, and development sectors, Concinnity brings credible, locally grounded delivery to skills development in Nigeria.
