Biography
Panyi Digah Polandu is a seasoned Human Capital Development professional with over 20 years of experience in learning, talent development and organisational capacity building. He holds an MBA in General Management from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi, and is an Associate and Certified Trainer of the Nigerian Institute for Training and Development (NITAD).
Throughout his career, Panyi has played pivotal roles in shaping the training and development landscape within the financial services sector. He has served as Head and later Group Head, Training at two leading commercial banks in Nigeria, where he was responsible for designing and implementing strategic learning initiatives, managing training portfolios and driving workforce capability development in alignment with business goals.
His professional interests and expertise span leadership development, learning strategy, performance improvement and employee engagement. Known for his results-oriented approach and deep commitment to continuous learning, Panyi brings a practical perspective to human capital challenges, drawing on a blend of technical knowledge, industry insight and hands-on experience.
